Returns will only be accepted if the parcel is marked with a return authorization number (RA). Without this RA-number we can not the parcel will be returned to sender. Each RA-number is assigned only once. You will get such an RA-number from our customer service. About the live chat (right bottom of the screen), via email (email@example.com) or by phone (+49 (0) 781/1203020) you can reach us during the office hours and get an RA-number. The office hours are from Monday to Friday 9 (am) to 6 (pm) o'clock. Please note that the direct costs of returning the item(s) have to be paid by yourself.
